General Terms – Kids Land Butterfly

1. Scope of Application
These general terms and conditions apply to all childcare services under the brand Kids Land Butterfly, operated by Liga24 OOD, EIK 207872576, located in Varna, Bulgaria.
2. Care Models and Offers
Kids Land Butterfly offers both long-term care (kindergarten) and flexible short-term care (playground). Separate terms apply for children with a monthly contract. Daily rates do not apply to children regularly attending kindergarten.
Additionally, we organize private events, such as birthdays or closed group events. A deposit of 50% of the agreed amount is required for final booking of the event.
Additional offers, such as the Flex & Smile bonus card, allow for flexible use of attendance hours without a mandatory monthly contract.
3. Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday: from 09:00 to 17:00
Saturday (October – May): from 11:00 to 17:00 (if the playground is open)
Holidays, staff training, or technical maintenance may lead to temporary closures. Parents will be notified in a timely manner.
4. Prices and Payment
The fees listed in the current price list are mandatory. Payment is made monthly in advance, no later than the 28th of the preceding month.

In the event of a payment delay exceeding 14 days, the contract may be terminated without prior notice.
Changes in rates due to rising operating costs will be announced 30 days in advance.
5. Cancellations, Absences, and Refunds
Short-term absences (e.g., illness, vacation) or public holidays do not entitle to refunds.
Partial refunds are also not provided in case of closure due to training or technical maintenance.
Event cancellations:
If a scheduled event is canceled, the deposit is not refunded in full, as the date is booked exclusively, and potential revenue is lost.
Flexible conditions: A partial refund is possible if canceled timely:
• 4 weeks before the event: 80% refund of the deposit
• 2 weeks before the event: no refund possible. An alternative is that 50% of the deposit can be used for another date (within 3 months).
6. Flex & Smile – Bonus Card
The Flex & Smile bonus card is a prepaid offer for families without a permanent monthly contract, wishing to flexibly use hours of care on-site.
Conditions:
• 12 days of care for 3–8 hours
• Price: 430 BGN (instead of 540 BGN)
• Valid from Monday to Friday (09:00–17:00) and Saturdays (Oct.–May, 11:00–17:00), if there is no event
• Maximum of 3 visits per week
• Can be used for siblings, friends, or close relatives
• Transferable
• Non-refundable and cannot be resold
• Validity period: 6 months from the date of purchase
• No obligations for a month
Notes:
• Prior registration via WhatsApp, Viber, or in person is recommended
• Not applicable for continuous weekly care (e.g., during vacation periods)
• Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions
7. Health and Safety
Only healthy children are accepted.
If there are signs of infectious illness, a doctor's certificate may be required.
Medication is given only with written permission.
Contact information for emergencies must be provided.
8. Pickup and Responsibility for the Child
Pickup of the child is allowed only by authorized persons.
Responsibility for the child ceases after handing them over to the authorized person.
9. Liability
Liability is only possible in cases of intent or gross negligence.
We are not responsible for personal belongings (e.g., clothing, toys).
10. Data Protection and Use of Media
Personal data is processed solely for the purposes of care, organization, and communication.
As part of promotional activities (website, social media, brochures), photographs and videos from the daily life of Kids Land Butterfly may be used.
Please inform the staff if you do not wish for your child to appear in these materials.
11. Final Provisions
Changes to these conditions are published in a timely manner.
If individual provisions are found to be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
The legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria applies. Competent court: Varna.
